01Purpose of the service
DMJ Channel Analytics is an independent application for collecting YouTube channel statistics, studying video and thumbnail performance and supporting content planning. This website describes the application and how data is handled. It does not offer public self-service registration.
02Access and authorization
Access to the working application is provided by the administrator. Connect only channels you own or are authorized to manage. Before connecting, read these terms and the privacy policy. Ensure that you have the right to use any materials you submit for analysis.
Do not share workspace access details or private links with unauthorized people. Attempts to access others’ channels without permission, bypass API restrictions or violate others’ rights are prohibited.
03YouTube and third-party services
The application uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Optional features may use connected OpenAI services. Their use requires appropriate access and compliance with the provider’s applicable terms. Material transfers are described in the privacy policy.
This application is not an official Google or YouTube product. Third-party service names are used to describe compatibility.
04Limitations of analysis
Metrics depend on YouTube API data, permissions, quotas and availability. Reports may be delayed or incomplete, and the source may revise values. Results from different time periods and videos may not be directly comparable without additional context.
Analytical findings and AI outputs may contain errors. They provide supporting information and do not guarantee growth in views, subscribers or revenue. The channel owner makes the final decisions about content creation and publication.
05Ending use
You may stop using the app and revoke its permissions in your Google account settings. To delete saved data, follow the request procedure in the privacy policy.
The app may be suspended because of technical issues, revoked access, third-party restrictions or a violation of these terms. Continued availability of individual features is not guaranteed.
06Updates and contact
These terms may be updated as the application’s features change. Significant changes are communicated to users before the relevant use continues. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
